28 October 2003 - Bluewire Solutions, a Chronos Technology Ltd owned company, and ZyNet Ltd have joined forces to offer rural communities and SMEs broadband solutions based on radio, satellite and DSL technology.

As broadband is a necessity for small businesses, home workers and rural communities, Bluewire Solutions and ZyNet understand the need for this fast and always on service. Together they will advise councils, SMEs and communities on the best and most cost-effective solutions for them to adopt. Bluewire Solutions and ZyNet are already in the process of supplying several towns and councils, with rural broadband solutions.

Bluewire Solutions design, install and maintain the network infrastructure while ZyNet as an ISP ensure that subscribers have access to an essential range of web based products. Bluewire Solutions and ZyNet are technology agnostic which allows them to provide the most appropriate solution for the requirements of each rural community in order to include both domestic and business customers.

About ZyNet
ZyNet was founded in 1994 as one of the earliest Internet Service Providers in the UK. The aim was to bring the Internet within easy reach of everyone in the South West of England. Achieving this goal quickly, ZyNet rapidly expanded providing Internet Services and Solutions to both businesses and individuals. ZyNet sold their dial-up connection division to a cable company enabling it to focus on business connections and web design services.
