Rotary District 1170

Rotary District 1170 needed an automated membership system so that Members and Clubs could maintain their own data for the production of Club and District handbooks, contact lists, event registration lists and mailing labels. Members are able to access the system via a secure passworded page to search the membership database to extract lists of members or officers by various categories and then print the required document.

The handbooks and lists are always up to date from the current data, whereas previous printed documents were soon outdated when any change was made to the membership data.
